TEAM SPOTLIGHT
Many of you may know Di as your incredibly efficient and capable Client Service Associate who makes sure money is transferred when you request it, forms are completed with all the t’s crossed and I’s dotted, and troubleshoots when necessary. We thought you’d enjoy some insights into a different side of her and managed to distract her for a few moments to answer a few fun questions.
What’s your favorite thing about working at Fulcrum?
Every employee has our clients at the forefront; we do whatever is in the best interests of our clients.
What accomplishments are you most proud of?
Professionally – being able to work alongside intelligent and capable people.
Personally – having my two daughters who are my light and joy.
What motivates you?
To do the best that I can; be knowledgeable and have the information to effectively anticipate and execute clients’ needs.
What do you do when you’re not at the office?
I have two daughters with school and activity schedules that keep my chauffeuring job jam-packed.
What’s been your best moment so far this year?
We renewed all our passports back in 2019, and this year, we got to use them! We didn’t go far, only to Vancouver, BC.
Do you have a pet?
We do not have any pets. Many years ago, I had a step-dog that was half-lab and half-chow dog who was the best pet that can be! She was so smart, loyal, and empathetic that I cannot fathom having another pet after her.
What is one thing you can’t live without?
Humor. My family provides a lot of comedy, and we laugh a lot.
What’s your favorite TV show/movie?
There are so many shows to choose from. I can say I have a few that stand out in my memory box:
Hannibal with Hugh Dancy and Mads Mikkelsen; Grimm with David Giuntoli and Bitsie Tulloch; New Girl with Zooey Deschanel.
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I was the first person in my family to go to University. My dad always drilled the importance of education and made sure I got a degree.
What’s the one thing you can’t resist?
Boba Tea!
